I had huge plans for this song when it was written in 2009. It combined elements of and drew from all of my inspiration up to that point and felt like the true expression of myself in musical form. A decade later, I find myself looking back frequently at the times, elements, and aesthetics that drove me through my first 20 years of life. Nostalgia is a wonderful motivator, and we can use the past to drive our futures.

With the best of my modern abilities, I've restored this track from its humble MIDI beginnings to a... slightly better sounding MIDI. I hope you enjoy this introspective journey!

Tracks 2-4 are basically re-skins of the title track and I hope they stir up some nostalgic vibes! Make sure to download the album for some hidden secrets! :)
